1. The service

Vabo lets you create a verified-identity profile (person or organization), manage links and content, connect social identities, and publish to selected channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

The service is provided by Vabo, with registered office in Italy, European Union.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and register an account with a valid email address.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Verified profile and user obligations

Some features (full public page, channel publishing) require a verified profile.

You agree to provide truthful information, not to impersonate others, and to have the right to manage the social pages and accounts you connect.

4. Social identities and channels

You may connect social identities (Meta, Google, TikTok, GitHub, LinkedIn, X) to sync profile data and, where available, enable publishing.

You may revoke an identity or channel publishing at any time through the dashboard; reconnecting may require a new OAuth authorization.

5. Content and publishing

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to store, process, and publish it to the channels you select.

You are solely responsible for published content and for complying with connected platforms' rules and applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, spam, or in breach of connected platforms' policies.

We may suspend features or content that violate these Terms or expose the service to legal or security risk.

7. Third-party services

Integration with Meta, Google, TikTok, GitHub, LinkedIn, and X is subject to those platforms' terms and policies.

We are not responsible for changes, limitations, access revocations, or interruptions of third-party services, including API approval or app audit outcomes.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion from settings or via the privacy contact form: https://www.vabo.tools/privacy-contact/

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, authority requests, or security reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes on visibility or metrics of connected social channels.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from connected social channels or third-party services.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the European Union.

Disputes with consumers are subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction at the consumer's place of residence, where applicable.
